"I have had a consistently good experience with state farm for several years. They always have a knowledgeable person to answer the phone and communicate in a timely manner over phone email or text. It's possible that I could save a little bit of money if I switched but I'm not interested in comparison shopping to save a few dollars because when something happens and you need real customer service it's worth a lot. I hope they maintain their business model and continue to provide great service and value for many years to come."
