"My daughter and I went to try to get a non-owner insurance policy. From the moment we walked in, the woman at the front desk looked at us with a certain disdain—likely due to our nationality; she didn't welcome us or even smile. Then another woman came out—her attitude was no better—and took us into her office to ask what we needed. We told her we wanted a quote for a non-owner policy; she simply stepped out and asked the other woman, who replied, "No! Unless they want to pay $1,000 right now or have another policy to add it to, otherwise, no." I found the treatment quite rude, and we weren't even given an explanation as to why not. We will never return to this place."
